Return Policy

- Ship the item via your preferred carrier, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Note: Do not return items directly to the original shipping address without prior approval. Unapproved returns may be rejected.
2. Return Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, provide clear photos when contacting customer service.
- All returns require prior approval; unauthorized shipments may be refused.
3. Eligible Return Situations

Defective or Damaged Products:
Issues include stains, broken parts, tears, poor material quality, or significant differences from product photos. ALMAYPET will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund. -
Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong product, ALMAYPET will cover the return shipping costs. -
Personal Preference:
Returns for personal preference are accepted within 30 days, but the customer is responsible for return shipping.
4. Return Shipping Fee
- All returns are subject to a $5 processing fee, applied to cover handling and administrative costs.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for personal preference returns or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

- Returned items must be in pristine condition, free from signs of use, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or other contamination.

- Orders can be fully refunded if canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipment.
- Orders already shipped are subject to the standard return policy.
