Delivery Scope
We currently ship only within the continental United States (the Lower 48 states). We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. minor territories, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Orders sent to P.O. Boxes cannot be delivered unless the address is modified.
Order Confirmation and Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once your order and payment are complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Processing Time: We review and prepare all orders carefully. Standard processing usually takes 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing may take longer during peak periods or due to product availability.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
All orders qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 11–13 business days (after shipment)
Delivery times may vary slightly during holiday seasons or high-demand periods.
Tracking Your Order
After your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update with the carrier.
- You can track your package on the carrier’s website or through platforms such as 17track.
- If tracking information does not update within a reasonable time, contact us at service@almaypet.shop for assistance.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- These fees are determined by local authorities when the shipment arrives and are not collected by ALMAYPET.
- We recommend checking with local customs offices if you have questions about potential charges.
